Return and Exchange Policy

How to Process a Return:

• Phone Number: Fill in your contact number in the “Phone Number” box.
• Subject: Write “Return Enquiry” as the subject.
• Order Number: Include your order number for reference.
2. Item Details
In the form, mention the item name you wish to return. This helps us identify the product and process your return more efficiently.

How to Process an Exchange:

1. Complete the Exchange Form
To exchange an item, please visit our Exchanges page and complete the form:
• Name: Enter your full name.
• Email: Provide your email address.
• Address: Enter your shipping address.
• Phone Number: Fill in your contact number.
• Subject: Write “Exchange Enquiry” as the subject.
• Order Number: Include your order number.
2. Exchange Item Details
Please specify the item you want to exchange and indicate the new item or size you would like to receive.

Important Information:

  •  All returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.
  • Please ensure that items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging, if possible, to ensure safe handling.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including items marked as “final sale,” custom-made products, undergarments, and any promotional or discounted items. Please check product descriptions for specific eligibility.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. For faster service, you may choose to place a new order for the desired item while we process your return for the original item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, and it’s advisable to keep your tracking details until the process is complete.
  • At The Archduke Store, we currently do not cover return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with sending the product back to us. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping option to ensure your package arrives safely.
